Just like the other locations I've visited it's always clean. I went here to get my Brazilian wax and I will NEVER EVER go back to this location.Front desk were friendly and very welcoming. The waxer I got was a different story. She wasn't as friendly as european wax center walnut creek yelp the other waxers I've had in ylep past. Usually I enjoy carrying a conversation with my waxer while I get my Brazilian wax.1.

The wax was sooooo HOT and she knew it as well, cause she apologized wallnut it but centre didn't turn it down or whatever.2. She was just so serious and didn't even smile, answered my questions with a one word reply.3. Every strip she pulled was not even gentle.2weeks later everything is still so sensitive and Qalnut can't wear underwear cause it hurts.

I've put aloe Vera gel it calm the sensitive feelings. However, the front desk associates that I have encountered there are horrible.I honestly do not think I've ever been smiled at. I have never been greeted. They sit at the computer until I approach them and say that I'm checking in. I usually come in early and every time I'm waiting for my waxer the front desk people are on their personal phones or talking amongst each other about personal stuff.

They don't even seem somewhat friendly-not even to their co-workers. I just don't understand how this behavior is allowed.Also, the manager came out during my last visit to talk to an interviewer waonut it was not in the least friendly or professional.

She cenher to the girl in front of me and another customer. She didn't introduce herself and asked why she had come in so early because the interview was scheduled to be 30 minutes later. The girl was very nice and the manager just blatantly stated that "you'll have to wait" and then walked to the back.After this wax pass is over I will decide whether I want to come back again, but right now I'm still deciding.Again, the bad rating is because of the front desk associates- NOT the waxers.

I really hope they improve upon their customer service because like I said the service providers are awesome and their location is convenient. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable as I was here. Nayeli had great reviews so I went to her. My first time she nagged me the entire time about how I shouldn't have shaved in between waxes. The second time she was 15 minutes late and then shoved product at me.

And I still would have came back, but the third time is what did it for me. The moment I laid down she asked me yyelp long it had been since my last wax and I told her 6 weeks. Which is a normal growth cycle if you go anywhere else.

Abbey is my waxer and my friends waxer and she is fantastic! She is so helpful with tips about how to take care of my body post walnyt. When I come here, I get a Brazilian and my eyebrows done.

I'm extremely particular about my eyebrows because I have had problems in the past, but she does them perfectly. Abbey is also very kind and will just talk to me. Making the appointment for cehter (free) first time appointment was super easy and I loved that they had something early in the morning! She's got a sweet and friendly demeanor. She made me feel comfortable and explained the whole EWC 4-step process. The warm help felt great and somewhat relaxing, given that I knew cdeek was going to happen next.

It was my first time at this place so I figured I'd book it with her. I seriously have to say that I got the best Brazilian service ever not 1 hair insight and she didn't hurt me 1 bit.

We talked the whole time which made the process that much faster and easier. So my 5 stars across are mainly for Lauren I definitely will be coming to see her again. It makes it convenient too that the booking process is easy and they are always openings during the day and xenter.

The front desk was helpful as well they informed me since it was my first time it was half off. Whhaaaatt your telling me $25 for walnnut Brazilian hell yes jackpot. I called in to schedule an appointment yesterday at 12:25 pm. The woman I spoke with scheduled me for an appointment with Denica at 2:15 pm.

She told me that was the only time that specific waxer would be available.After hanging out in the summer wanut for a couple of hours, I showed up for my appointment.

I was greeted wanut a sweet, friendly, and apologetic young lady. She informed me that my appointment did not exist. Frustrated and upset, I asked for an explanation or for something to be done cennter this horrible customer service experience.

She grabbed the manager for me to help settle the confusion.When the manager came out from the back; she never once made eye contact with me. Never once acknowledged me or spoke to me. Never apologized or did anything really that made me feel like I was the one having a negative experience.The other vreek lady had better customer service skills than her.I was still polite and patient. Just taken aback by this "manager" and her demeanor. If this is someone European Wax Center deems fit for a leadership role; I can say with confidence that I will not be returning once my wax pass expires.The manager did adjust my account, she gave me some points which would amount to a $10 credit.

That is only because; I asked the associate to have someone speak with me. They were initially just going to say: "sorry, have a nice day". I insisted that I be compensated with a service or something for them wasting my time and lying to me. They like to get you in and out, you're not in the room for more than 10 mins. The wax is really hot and made my skin break out. Esthetician was playing not so relaxin music, walnit or wanut, haha.

Salon in walnut creek was pretty messy, boxes against the wall in the hallway and messy rooms, dirty bathroom. I mean, get a cleaning service to your place every night. I have had nothing but problems wa,nut than once. Today I went in an had Mykayla or however you spell it & I was cennter there for maybe 5 minutes. She qax give me a mirror at the end or anything. "Ok your done thank you" was all I got. I went to my car & this is what I see. I called the call center to let them know what happened & the girl said "well you have up to walnuy days for a free touch up at the same location" why would I want to go back to the same location!?

I told her I wanted to go to the other one and she said that doesn't work. So I drove over to the pleasant hill wax center & walked in & the front desk girl covered her mouth by how bad they looked. She said "oh my god no problem let's fix it for you, you'll be getting Victoria" I don't know the front desk girls name but she's an europena & so is Victoria! My eyebrows look better than they have ever looked !

Go to the Pleasant Hill wax center if you are going to go to European wax they were the sweetest and centre the best job ever, sorry Walnut Creek you lost this round.� Don't go to the walnut creek location!! They do a decent job for a eurolean price, however.This location is needs help.1) Ehropean one occasion, my waxer was talking shit about another client who got a whole bunch of services and apparently left a very small tip if any at all.

I can be super chill with people, but don't talk shit about one client when you're with a client. That's so trashy and unprofessional.2) Made an appointment for 7:15, but the scheduler wrote me down for 7:00. I ended up being "late"-had to reschedule for next day. No openings that evening.but if you call they've got open times up the a**.3) Just went in cteek, came out of my appointment to the main entrance and it smelled like weed.
